2. Appointments, Arrival & Punctuality

• Appointment-Only Policy: To guarantee undivided attention and tailored service, walk-ins are accommodated only subject to rare same-day availability. Advance booking is strongly encouraged.
• Punctuality & Grace Period: Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled slot. We extend a 15-minute grace period. If you anticipate being delayed, please alert us immediately via WhatsApp. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes without notice may require an abbreviated service or rescheduling to safeguard the schedules of following clients.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We value your time and allocate dedicated studio stations and artists exclusively for you:

• 24-Hour Notice: Kindly provide at least 24 hours' advance notice if you need to modify or cancel your booking.
• Group & Bridal Bookings: For parties of 3 or more guests, a 48-hour notice is requested to adjust technician assignments.

4. Nail Health, Safety & Disclosures

Your personal health and hygiene are paramount:

• Health Disclosures: Please disclose any open cuts, fungal concerns, skin sensitivities, or known allergies (e.g. acrylate or latex sensitivities) prior to service commencement.
• Right to Refuse Service: In strict adherence to international cosmetology sanitization standards, our technicians reserve the right to decline treatment on infected or compromised nail beds. We will recommend proper dermatological care instead.
• Safe Removals: We do not recommend tearing or prying off gel or acrylic enhancements at home. Professional soak-offs prevent trauma to the natural nail plate.

5. 48-Hour Quality Guarantee

We stand firmly behind our craftsmanship. In the rare event of premature lifting, chipping, or rhinestone detachment within 48 hours of your appointment, please send a photograph to our WhatsApp line (+233 507 120 266). We will happily schedule a complimentary touch-up at your earliest convenience.

6. Pricing, Custom Quotes & Payment

Standard service estimates are displayed on our website and menu. Bespoke, multi-tier nail art or complex repairs will be quoted transparently prior to work.

Accepted payment methods include: MTN Mobile Money (MoMo), Telecel Cash, Cash, and approved digital transfers.
